NE 2 miles South of the state line to 30 Road, then West 6 miles to W road, then North 1
mile and is located on the East side of the road.
Taxes: 2009 taxes $263.42.
Terms: Buyer and Seller to enter into a written purchase agreement with $10,000.00 earnest money due the day of the auction. Seller will provide merchantable title by a Warranty Deed with Title Insurance. Cost of title insurance policy shall be paid one half by Buyer and one half by Seller. Any and all Announcements the day of auction take precedence over anything written or implied.
